We ensure that you could have the perfect vehicle condition, before the renting period. At the check in we give you a fueled up vehicle. It must return completely fueled up. In case of disregard a fee will be charged.

Yes, if above-average cleaning or special cleaning products are required for a vehicle, you will be charged a cleaning fee of up to CHF 500 in addition to the total rental costs. (Smoking in the vehicle, animal hair in the vehicle, vomit, etc. )

All rental vehicles are provided without kilometers limits.

Every vehicle in our fleet is equipped with a Swiss vignette. When crossing the border, please inform yourself about the motorway tolls of the respective country, as our vehicles are only equipped for the Swiss motorways.

The pick-up and the car delivery take place directly in front of the airport gates at our car drop-off/transfer point at Balz-Zimmermanstrasse 34, 8302 Kloten.
From there, a shuttle bus will bring you directly to the Zurich Airport terminal in less than three minutes, or from the terminal directly to the car collection point.
This Service applies only to the rented car through the Enterprise Minilease Program and during the rental period.

Please report all the damages via the European Accident Protocol which is located in the glove compartment of your car and make pictures of the damage with you mobile. Please contact us and provide us with all documentation at here4you@enterprise.ch.
The European Accident Protocol is required in case of accident. It can be found inside the glove compartment of your rented vehicle. Without this document, you will be responsible of any damage to the vehicle, regardless of the fault.

PAYMENTS QUESTIONS:

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Prepaid, Electron or Debit cards are not allowed. The Credit Card must be from Renter.
The amount must be paid directly to the authorities. We charge an administration fee of 53.85 CHF per fine.

It can be a delayed time until we receive effectively all the fines from foreign authorities. You will be informed one month after we have received them.
The VAT (value added tax) is a tax that is applied to all goods and services in Switzerland. The LAF motor vehicle tax fee refers to the applied costs of operating a vehicle on Swiss roads, including vehicle insurance and the Swiss motorway tax sticker (Vignette).
The minimum rental period is 2 months. You can give back your vehicle daily without additional costs. We’ll charge only the effective days that the car has been used plus additional fuel costs that you generated during your rental period.

INSURANCE QUESTIONS:

As long as the driving license is released in Latin, an international translation is not necessary.
A deposit of a monthly renting rate plus CHF 500.- is required.
The person who rents the car is responsible of the vehicle, until the final check out.
The Travel Insurance covers cancellation charges (e.g. illness, accident, pregnancy or death).
It covers all the organization costs involved too, especially transport to the hospital or repatriation to the nearest hospital where you live (e.g. ambulance, air ambulance).
The minimum insurance covers up to two or more trips per year.
Premium rates are: Family, Single and Junior.
Cancellation charges are up to a maximum of CHF 50,000 (cancellation fees refound and booking fees are included).
Assistance: Unlimited, Scope: Worldwide incl. CH.
Duration of insurance: Only applies to individual or minilease tenant, not to the whole family (during the minilease rental).
